OUR APARTMENTS
The Residence offers a variety of solutions to suit every type of stay.
The 16 apartments vary from 30 to 70 square meters and are divided into studios and apartments for 3 to 7 people. Each apartment carefully furnished in Alpine style offers all the necessary amenities, which will ensure you maximum relaxation, with wood burning fireplace, satellite TV and free WiFi.

Our wellness center offers an internal area with hydromassage, Finnish sauna and Turkish bath; and an outdoor area with wood-fired sauna and Jacuzzi overlooking Monte Rosa.
RESTAURANT
In our restaurant you can taste typical dishes of the Aosta Valley and Gressoney. We do not provide a restaurant service with an "a la carte" menu but everything made to order, to have them directly in your apartment or to consume them in our restaurant room.

GREEN AREA
To enjoy the beautiful sunny days we offer a large green area, with sunbeds and umbrellas and a play area with a house, swings and a pond with water games for children.

The fairy-tale summer residence of Queen Margherita of Savoia with a splendid view of Monte Rosa.
Mountain trips
Rich in itineraries of different difficulties. From the simplest and most well-known "Passeggiata della Regina", to the visit to the Walser Alpenzù village, to the paths for the more experienced in the high mountains.

Monterosa Ski
Famous ski area, among the largest in Europe with its 180 km of slopes. Undisputed destination of winter freeride and in summer allows you to reach the high altitude shelters from which to discover the 4,000 meters peaks.
Cross-country tracks
Gressoney offers to cross-country skiing enthusiasts, different tracks of medium-easy difficulty, for a total length of 22 km.
Gover Lake
Surrounded by centuries-old pine and fir trees, a few steps from the residence. At the lake you can practice sport fishing in the summer and ice skating in the winter.
Golf
Spectacular 12-hole golf course, a few steps from the historic center of Gressoney.

"We chose this residence because the apartments inspired us a lot, being two couples with a little girl. The manager, a very kind and courteous gentleman, accompanied us to the apartment on the second floor with a view of both the garden side and also the car park in the main road "Obviously it's not noisy at all." Included in the price of the apartment We were able to use the mini Wellness Center with Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. We will definitely return to this magnificent place especially for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff."
